TekRevol, as a part of its mission of being a preferred employer in Pakistan, has been involved in numerous campaigns, and this MTO Program is no exception.
TekRevol, the prime supporter of providing opportunities to fresh graduates, has always encouraged the young blood to start their careers on the right track toward success and prosperity.
In April 2022, TekRevol developed an MTO Program like no other. The main focus was to give an opportunity to students and allow them to kickstart their careers with an INC 5000 Company.
We became a part of a local Career Fair and, with hundreds of applications, chose some of the best and most enthusiastic individuals for our MTO Program.
What was the MTO Program All About?
The MTO Program or Management Trainee Program is a step made by TekRevol to create possibilities for recent graduates to get professional experience and launch their careers before setting out on the path to success.
When we started our MTO program, our goal was to help students succeed in the tech industry. We’re happy to report that we’ve been successful in doing just that!
The 6-month program is intended to provide recent graduates with an opportunity to experience the workplace and gain a first-hand understanding of the processes and difficulties encountered in typical jobs.
TekRevol ensured that all of the candidates were given the proper briefing, training, and workshops to enhance their skills and get started with their careers through this program.
With the start of our MTO Program, the response that we got was overwhelming and astonishing, with thousands of applicants looking forward to working with us. We chose some of the most talented and skillful individuals as a part of our Management Trainee Program and were not disappointed.
In the first two months, the batch received numerous workshops and training to enhance their confidence and educate them about work ethics and the professional work environment. Afterward, the batch was divided into groups and placed in different departments, including production, marketing, and sales.
The Final Outcome of the Program
The Outcome of the MTO Program was extraordinary. The abilities, skills, and strive to overcome every challenge from the candidates allowed us to be proud of our training program. TekRevol was astonished by the strive and ambition that the batch showcased and, thus, offered full-time employment to more than 80% of the candidates from the first batch.
All of these individuals accepted the offer and became TekRevolutionaries to change the digital landscape by playing their role in taking TekRevol to new heights of success.
Future Vision
The MTO Program plays a vital role in taking forward TekRevol’s aim and vision to be a preferred employer in Pakistan. With astonishing results from the first batch of the Management Trainee Program, TekRevol looks forward to making the MTO program an annual practice to open the door to new possibilities and allowing young talent a platform to showcase their skills and start working with one of the fastest growing tech companies in the world.

We welcome the TekRevolutionaries from our first batch of the MTO Program to TekRevol and wish them a successful and enjoyable career journey with TekRevol. We aim to nurture their skills, even more, and make them the future CEOs of businesses as we aim to create 50 CEOs in the next five years and give back to the industry and land that has provided us so much.
