Tekrevol has always looked forward to building a better future for the youth. Our initiative of TekRevolutionaries empowering the next generation has become the talk of the town, with many brands and institutions acknowledging our efforts.
Recently LUMS, one of the most renowned and reputed institutes in Pakistan, invited Tekrevol’s Co-founders, Mr. Asim Rais Siddiqui and Mr. Abeer Raza, to collaborate on the mission of empowering the next generation.
TekRevol’s co-founders and AVP Public Relations, Mr. Shumail Ismail, conducted an educational workshop to make the collaborative venture beneficial for young entrepreneurs and students.
Conducted on 11th November 2022 at the National Incubation Center (NIC LUMS), Lahore, more than 150+ students and entrepreneurs attended the successful workshop.
The goal of this workshop was centered around the theme of The Look and Shape of an MVP for a Startup. It provided valuable insight to young entrepreneurs and enabled them to learn from our experienced speakers how they could achieve greater success through enhanced business operations.
Our Co-founders and AVP PR shared their experiences and gave attendees a ton of knowledge about the importance of MVP and how it can help a business expand its growth with the right mix of strategies.
Mr. Shumail Ismail thoroughly covered the basics of setting up a business and developing an intellectual mindset to automate business operations and achieve greater efficiency in the business world, through case studies of Dropbox, Tesla and Airbnb.
Mr. Abeer Raza, on the other hand, shed light on the importance of identifying the technology need and the vitality of speed in the new digital age that must not be looked upon while building an MVP.
While Mr. Asim Rais Siddiqui, with his technological background, dug deep into all the technicality that goes behind every successful business, which was applauded by the crowd. He also identified the building steps to launch a successful MVP with some industry hacks and tips.
Some of the major takeaways from the workshop were:
How to build an MVP in 5 steps:
- Define a problem statement.
- Conduct Market Research.
- Prototype potential solution.
- Define the features list.
- Iterate constantly.
The event was very welcoming, and everyone, including the LUMS and Tekrevol’s leadership, enjoyed the process of teaching the industry norms to the young generation of Pakistan.
The entrepreneurs attending the session found the workshop beneficial for the growth of their business. They also acknowledged the efforts of Tekrevol and encouraged their various initiatives and their goal of impacting 20 million lives.
In the end, we would like to take this opportunity to thank LUMS for this exceptional experience. Our TekRevolutionaries were thrilled to accommodate the attendees and provide them with the industry knowledge to help them excel in their respective domains and achieve new heights of success.
