Equitrip is a digital platform for horse owners, horse transportation companies, and other industry stakeholders to connect and collaborate to make horse transport convenient.
TekRevol was entrusted with working on this one-of-a-kind project, where our teams built the complete solution for the client, bringing all the critical stakeholders of equestrian transport together and providing them with the right features and functionalities.

The Idea Behind Equitrip
Our esteemed client, H.E Prince Al-Mansour, is an equine lover and an active athlete, participating in competitions around the globe. He came across the problem that equine owners face while needing to transport their horses for global competitions. It wasn’t easy to find the right transportation company on time.
Understanding the pain points, he then thought of this great solution where equine owners, transportation companies, and other key stakeholders would be provided a platform to connect and make transportation plans easier.
Challenges & Solutions
The project was initially launched in KSA & UAE and later expanded to other parts of the globe, including Europe, America, and other locations. We had to build a custom architecture with the necessary features to provide a comprehensive, reliable digital payment solution with multiple currency support.
Moreover, to make it usable by everyone, Apple Pay had to be integrated into the platform. Our experts devised a complete solution, ensuring seamless payment integration and allowing any party to use the system to transfer funds without hassle.
Purpose-built for equine owners and transportation companies, the platform had all the features and functions to make it easier for them to transport horses safely to the desired destination and on schedule. We transformed the thought into a full-fledged system to help the equestrian transport industry find the course.

Online Booking & Order Tracking
The platform has all the features to find and reserve a slot and track the orders to execute the task and fulfill requirements effectively.
Timely Notifications
The platform sends timely notifications regarding orders, the latest developments, and any promotions that might fascinate the users.
Employee Management
The platform has a custom-built employee management portal that can be used to manage trips, track them and do much more.
Flight Management
For foreign transportation needs, the platform has a flight management portal that provides real-time updates regarding the package.
Payment Processing & Reporting
The Equitrip platform has an in-built payment processing and reporting system that can be used to see payment history and extract custom reports.

The Problem?
The client had a structure that was not able to go live. Full of iOS, Android, and web bugs, incomplete payment process, single currency support, and no Apple Pay.
What Did We Do?
We carefully analyzed and documented the issues, and the improvements required in iOS, Android, and web applications and proposed a comprehensive plan to enhance the current standing.
What were the Outcomes?
Our work resulted in an error and bug-free mobile and web applications and admin panel with complete support for stakeholders, a working payment process, and Apple Pay and multiple currency support.

The Results
